Clear fees from the start

We think fees should be clear from the very beginning. Owners should know whether the partnership is based on a percentage of bookings, a fixed monthly fee, a specific service package, or a combination of these.

We can look at:

• Full management on a percentage of bookings
• Fixed monthly support for specific services
• A combined model, depending on the property's needs

The final proposal depends on the type of property, the number of stays, the level of support and the scope of the work we take on.

What can affect the fee

• The type of property — a villa, an apartment or a holiday home
• The number of stays and guest turnovers
• How much guest communication is involved
• Cleaning and linen-change needs
• Maintenance needs and how often technical issues come up
• How busy the season is and the number of bookings
• The level of online support — Airbnb and Booking.com management, Google Business Profile improvements and review replies

What's included and what's charged separately

When we discuss working together, we explain clearly which services are included in the agreed fee and which costs may be charged separately.

That can cover cleaning, linen, technical work, emergency call-outs, initial preparation or other third-party services.

Our aim is for owners to know in advance how the fee is made up, so they can make an informed decision.
